Weddings

Lovers don't finally meet somewhere.

They're in each other all along"

~ Rumi

There are many ways in which couples seek to affirm and celebrate their love for one another. You may be considering marriage, or a relationship blessing. Perhaps the older customs of handfasting or jumping the broomstick appeal to you, or you wish to renew your vows.

As an interfaith minister, it is my joy to work together with couples and so weave a container of love in which this sacred and heartfelt work can unfold. Together, we can create a ceremony that honours and reflects the individual and shared values of everyone involved – not simply those of the couple – but all those who gather in the presence of Love to witness a union.

For me, this work is far more than a single ceremony and more of an unfolding journey as we travel together towards a profound threshold – an opportunity for those I work with to consciously explore and affirm their relationship and their love, and to discover what it means to make a vows to one another in the presence of witnesses, and that which you hold sacred.
